How to Send SAF-T File to Email in TR Soft?

In this tutorial, we are going to guide you through the process to send SAF-T file directly to your email address.

First of all, you need to execute TR billing software. You need to log on as shown in the picture below.

Next, you need to click on “Opções” as shown in the picture below.

Next, you need to click on “SAF-T” as shown in the picture below.

Next, you need to verify the dates and tick on a checkbox "Comprime ficheiro (gzip)". For security issue, a compressed file will be created to the base directory.

In turn, you need to select "Pasta base" in the destination folder section and click on "Enviar por Email" to send file to E-mail as shown in the picture below.

Next, you need to write the destination email addresses and tick on the checkboxes. Finally, you need to click on "OK" as shown in the picture below.

Next, you will see a following message. This confirms that the SAF-T file has been sent to the Email addresses. You can click on "OK" as shown in the picture below.
